The Mundioca perspective

A home for the curious.

MundiOCA is a boutique destination management company, tailor-made travel creator and creative production partner based in Rio de Janeiro.

We design journeys and experiences throughout Brazil for travellers, groups, cultural institutions, companies and partners who want to go beyond the expected.

Beyond travel, we conceive and produce events, exhibitions, brand activations, shoots, cultural programs, MICE experiences and bespoke creative projects across Brazil — connecting each idea with the right people, places and local expertise to make it happen.

Natalia Vdovichenko is a cultural producer and licensed tour guide who has lived in Brazil since 2011. Her experience in film and video production and fashion has shaped her particular attention to detail, visual culture and the atmosphere of a place. Since 2018, Natalia has organised tailor-made journeys and cultural programmes for art collectors, while collaborating with institutions in the fields of art, architecture and urbanism. Together with other cultural producers, she has contributed to festivals, exhibitions and interdisciplinary projects. MundiOCA gradually grew from this experience — a team of specialists that now works with international partners and delivers cultural and creative projects of varying scale and complexity throughout Brazil.

The name Mundioca
MUNDI + OCA

The world, at home.

MundiOCA brings together mundi — the world — and oca, a Tupi word for house. It expresses the way we work: Brazil can feel like a home, and the world is welcome within it.

Its sound also nods to mandioca: a root woven into Brazilian food, landscape and everyday culture.

MundiOCA / Philosophy

Our way of working

We begin by listening.

Whether we are designing a private journey, an incentive program, an exhibition, a brand experience or an entirely new creative project, we start with the idea and build around it.

We combine curation, cultural insight, local access and reliable production with a network of artists, architects, designers, makers, researchers and specialists across Brazil.

The people we work with are an essential part of MundiOCA. Natalia personally builds and cares for this network, bringing together professionals and experts encountered through years of work and collaboration — people we know and trust. Curious, knowledgeable and generous with what they know, they share our instinct to look further, ask better questions and go beyond the obvious.

For travellers, this means journeys that feel specific, informed and personal. For companies and creative partners, it means having a local team capable of turning an idea into a project — from concept and connections to production and execution.

Different projects, the same perspective: curious, personal and distinctly Brazilian.
