This is Fyodor Pavlov-Andreevich’s author-led journey through Brazil: nearly a week along his own secret routes, tracing art, architecture, design, nature and the people who give each place its pulse.
Private doors into a city in motion.
Two and a half days in São Paulo bring museums, private collections, artist studios, modernist architecture, street culture and the city’s most compelling tables into one continuous itinerary. With Fyodor, the group will visit collectors’ homes, selected galleries and the studios of some of São Paulo’s most recognised artists. The programme is shaped around conversations and places not usually encountered through a standard visit.

A day inside a park of wonders.
At Inhotim, contemporary art, architecture, botany and food meet at an exceptional scale. The group follows the park’s essential works with a curator from Instituto Inhotim, then continues into the Minas Gerais landscape. The airport transfer from Belo Horizonte to Clara Arte is by a comfortable coach with sleeper seats.

Rio, opened through its people.
The final two days move between ocean, jungle, private art worlds, contemporary culture and the rituals that make Rio singular. Artist studios, collectors’ homes, a small hidden beach, an encounter with MAM and dinners with local chefs create a close reading of the city, led through Fyodor’s own connections.

Arrival in São Paulo and check-in at Rosewood São Paulo, followed by an opening introduction to the city’s art, architecture and late-night cultural life.

Modernism, social architecture and artists’ worlds meet across the city, from Lina Bo Bardi’s Casa de Vidro and SESC Pompeia to Paraísopolis and a dinner shaped by São Paulo’s culinary scene.

Inhotim, art held by the landscape
Transfer from Belo Horizonte Airport to Clara Arte by a coach with sleeper seats, then a full day at Inhotim with a curator from Instituto Inhotim. Art, architecture and botanical collections are experienced within the landscape of Minas Gerais.

Rio begins between Joatinga and Pedra Bonita, then opens into the city’s private art worlds: collectors’ homes, artist studios and conversations shaped by the landscape.

Fyodor Pavlov-Andreevich
Internationally recognised artist · Performance artist
Fyodor Pavlov-Andreevich is an internationally recognised artist and performance artist, a student and collaborator of Marina Abramović. His work has been presented in museums and art spaces around the world, and for many years he has lived between different cultures, including Brazil.
Fyodor speaks about contemporary art without distance or academic complexity — through people, places, stories and his own experience as an artist. Travelling through Brazil with him is an opportunity to see the country from inside its artistic milieu: to enter studios, meet artists and understand how art is connected to Brazilian history, society and life today.
